Does this make sense to anyone? Am I just being a shitty older sister? Here's the deal. My parents are BUYING Mike a laptop. When I inquire they say it's because it's a requirement. Did they NOT understand when I went to school it was a requirement for me and still is? How is that fair? I inquire some more. They say it's because he got better grades in High School....Do they not realize that UNlike Mike, I graduated with a HIGHER GPA, was ranked HIGHER in my class, passed ALL my APs, and had enough hours with them to be classified a SOPHMORE my freshman year? It's shit like this that really pisses me off. He has MORE money in his SAVINGS account than I do now. When I ask WHY...how can that be? The answer is: "He doesn't spend his money." First off, he DOESN'T nor has he EVER had a job. Secondly, any money I spend COMES from my JOB, not savings! Thirdly, all the money in savings is stuff THEY PUT IN THERE!!! I've added money I've EARNED MYSELF to my SAVINGS and still it isn't as much as he has...somebody explain how this can be other than that my parents are exetremely unequal in the oppurtunities they provide for me verses my brother. God DAMN I need to get out of this house! so much bullshit.
